You Are Not Alone — And You Don’t Have to Carry It All by Yourself
Life can be incredibly beautiful — and incredibly heavy.
Sometimes the weight we carry is quiet and invisible, tucked behind a smile or a full calendar. Other times, it feels like everything is unraveling at once. You might be exhausted from trying to keep it together, unsure of how to move forward, or wondering if anyone truly sees what you’re going through.
If any of that sounds familiar, take a deep breath:
You’re in the right place. And you’re not alone.
At All About You Therapy Services, located in St. George and Washington, Utah,  we understand that reaching out for help takes courage — sometimes more than you feel you have. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety that won’t let you rest, sadness or depression that seems to linger no matter what you do, a difficult relationship, past trauma, or a sense that something just isn’t right, we’re here to walk with you.
Therapy is not about being “broken” or needing to be “fixed.” It’s about giving yourself space — maybe for the first time — to speak freely, feel fully, and begin to untangle the parts of your life that have been hurting. It’s about discovering the strength you already carry, and learning new tools to cope, heal, and grow.
We offer compassionate, client-centered counseling tailored to your unique experience. We offer women’s counseling, men’s counseling, teen counseling, children’s counseling, couple’s therapy, anxiety counseling, depression counseling, trauma therapy, and many more. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family, we are here to listen, support, and empower you at every step.
You deserve a life that feels manageable, meaningful, and connected.
And you don’t have to get there alone.
