MFT-I
Hi, I’m Danielle!
I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for support is such a brave and meaningful step, and I truly believe it’s where healing begins.
I’m currently a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, finishing my Master’s degree at Utah Tech University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and am excited to now be in the St. George area, connecting with the community and doing work I love. I work under supervision to provide compassionate care for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of where to go next—you’re not alone. I know how heavy life can feel sometimes. My goal is to meet you right where you are, walk beside you, and help you move toward a life that feels more whole, connected, and true to you.
I’ve always been someone who feels deeply and sees the good in people. Becoming a therapist has felt less like a job and more like a calling to help others come home to themselves. My style is warm, gentle, and collaborative. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, we’ll move at your pace, building insight, coping tools, and deeper self-trust along the way.
I welcome individuals of all ages and strongly believe in the power of connection, communication, and the healing that happens in relationships.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’d be honored to hold space for your story and walk with you through whatever you’re carrying.
