Hi, I’m David!

My name is David Hanson, and I proudly serve as the Office Manager at All About You Therapy Services. In this role, I act as the central hub of our practice—ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with care. While much of my work takes place behind the scenes, I see my position as essential to the client experience and to the overall success of our team.

Being an Office Manager in a mental health setting, I provide technical support—whether it’s troubleshooting software issues or maintaining office equipment. My goal is to make sure that our therapists can focus on providing excellent care without worrying about logistical or technical distractions.

I also oversee general office operations, including managing supplies and keeping our space welcoming and professional. I work to ensure our systems are both efficient and supportive. I serve as a resource for coworkers—someone they can turn to for help, information, or simply a listening ear. Being reliable and approachable is something I take seriously, and I’m honored when staff feel comfortable coming to me with questions or concerns.

One of the most fulfilling parts of this role is being part of a team that truly changes lives. I’ve seen the difference that quality therapy can make—how it helps people overcome challenges, heal relationships, and grow into healthier, happier versions of themselves. I may not be in the therapy room, but I know that my work contributes to that process in important ways.

Before working in this field, I spent several years in public works as an equipment operator. That experience taught me the importance of discipline, dependability, and hard work—values that I’ve carried with me throughout my career. Though the environments are very different, both roles have required clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and love to travel whenever the opportunity arises. I’ve been happily married to Connie Hanson for many years. Together, we have a blended family of 9 children and their spouses, 21 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. Our family is a constant source of joy, and I truly treasure the memories we’ve made and continue to make.
