ST. GEORGE, UT

Hi, I’m Greg Sorenson!
–a therapist with a deep passion for learning, growth, and meaningful connection. I bring curiosity into every session, believing that asking the right questions can open doors to understanding ourselves in new and powerful ways.
My clinical foundation is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I specialize in helping individuals build skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I love working with people navigating complex emotions, identity exploration, or seeking tools to live more authentically.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a storyteller at heart. I’m fascinated by family history—how the past shapes us—and I’m equally energized by immersive storytelling through Dungeons & Dragons, video games, and music. Whether I’m creating a character, exploring a narrative world, or just listening deeply to someone’s personal journey, I find joy in stories that connect and heal.
I also find inspiration in new challenges. Recently, I’ve been getting into rock climbing—something that reminds me how growth often comes from taking small, deliberate steps outside of our comfort zones.
Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and grounded in respect. I believe healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and encouragement as you navigate your path.
