Welcome to All About You Therapy Services, I’m Sheena!

As the Administrative Director, Billing and Accounts Manager at All About You Therapy Services, I truly believe I have one of the most rewarding roles imaginable. Every day, I get to be the first point of contact for many of our clients—an opportunity I don’t take lightly. I’m passionate about making each person feel seen, heard, and supported from the moment they reach out to us. Whether it’s helping someone schedule their first therapy session or navigating the complexities of insurance, I’m here to ensure the process feels smooth, compassionate, and approachable.

In my role, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities that are vital to the heartbeat of our practice. I manage scheduling for our amazing team of therapists and coordinate appointments to best meet each client’s unique needs. I also handle all aspects of billing and insurance—everything from verifying coverage and submitting claims to resolving questions that may arise along the way. My goal is to take the stress out of the administrative side of care, so clients can focus fully on their healing and growth.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and I bring years of hands-on experience working in behavioral health, including roles in case management and rehabilitation services. These experiences have shaped my deep understanding of the systems and supports that individuals and families rely on during their mental health journey. Currently, I’m furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with the goal of continually improving our operations and leadership within the practice.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom who loves spending time with my daughters. We enjoy hiking the red rock trails and swimming under the St. George sun—it’s our way of staying grounded and connected in nature. St. George has been our home for several years now, and I’m grateful every day to live and work in such a welcoming, vibrant community.
