IN-PERSON & ONLINE THERAPY

WASHINGTON, UT
85 N 300 W Ste B,

Hi! My name is Yanita.

I am a dedicated therapist with extensive compassion, insight, and practical
experience in the field. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master of Social
Work degrees from the University of Utah.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through life’s toughest moments
from hospice and hospital to schools and drug rehabilitation-which has taught
me resilience, empathy and the importance of truly listening.
My therapy approach is client-centered, practical, and warm. I combine
cultural awareness, evidence-based strategies, and an approachable style
to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at their
own pace.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking flavorful meals, keeping things organized,
and spending quality time with my husband and daughter. I find that
balance, presence, and a dash of humor make life-and therapy-more
meaningful.
