If you would like to reach out to your insurance provider to see what your benefits cover we suggest asking the following questions

  1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  2. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  3. What does my insurance charge for a copay with mental health services?

Payment

We accept cash, check, HSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Your share of the session cost after insurance is due at each session. We will request a credit card be kept in our secure file.

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is scheduled and you do not call to cancel it or the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 business hours, a fee will be charged ($50) for the first time you miss without giving adequate notice. After the first missed session, you will be charged the full session price for any further sessions that you do not cancel at least 24 hours business hours (Monday through Friday)
before your scheduled session. Your credit or debit card will be charged by our billing team. The fee must be paid before attending the next session. It is your responsibility to pay the
fee, as insurance will not cover the cost of a missed appointment. Exceptions are made for medical and/or family emergencies. If 2 appointments are not attended, not cancelled
in advance, and you have not communicated with your therapist, you will be taken off their schedule.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
