Women’s counseling can empower you to discover your strengths and achieve your fullest potential.

Start Your Journey

You have the power to create a life filled with satisfaction and meaning.

People keep telling me I need therapy, can't I just handle this myself?

Maybe. But if you’ve been trying that and it hasn’t been working, it’s worth considering another way. A lot of women put everyone else first and their own needs dead last, until they’re running on empty. We can help you put yourself back on the list, without guilt.

It's hard for me to open up. What if my therapist judges me?

You won’t be judged here. We’ve sat with plenty of women in St. George working through similar struggles. Your story is your own, and we take it seriously. Every session is built on compassion, openness, and respect, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

I know I could use support, but isn't therapy expensive?

Think of it as an investment rather than an expense. The skills you build in counseling stick with you long after sessions end: clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self don’t wear off. That’s worth paying for, and it tends to pay you back in every part of your life.

Do you only offer women's counseling, or do you treat other concerns too?

Women’s counseling is one of our specialties, but we’ve worked with women across St. George on depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, divorce, and bipolar disorder. Whatever you’re dealing with, we’ll tailor your care around it rather than fitting you into a generic plan.

Where are you located, and do you offer sessions for women outside St. George?

We’re based in St. George and Washington, Utah, and we welcome women from throughout the surrounding area and via telahealth who are looking for compassionate, local support close to home.

How long does counseling usually take before I start feeling better?

It’s different for everyone. Some women notice a shift in the first few sessions just from having a space to process things out loud. Others are working through something deeper that takes more time. Either way, we move at your pace, and we’ll check in regularly on how things are progressing.
